Renee is a grounded visionary with a results-first mindset.
With over 25 years across media, manufacturing, tech, retail and real estate, she blends sharp strategy with practical frameworks to help agents and leaders simplify operations, develop people, and build businesses that grow without breaking.
The idea for Renegade was born inside the agency world. Renee watched talented agents burn energy on manual admin, fight through endless tasks and struggle to stitch together businesses without structure, guidance or support. The industry was loud on motivation but silent on systems.
That frustration became fuel. Drawing on the framework she developed while building a business inside an agency, she created Renegade - a system that turns ambition into a clear path, effort into equity and results into a business that endures.
Her career spans corporate consulting, online start-ups and high-performing real estate businesses. This breadth gives her the ability to see patterns, spot gaps and install systems that drive measurable outcomes.
