The Industry is built on effort. We are built on architecture.

Renegade transforms real estate professionals from reactive operators into strategic business architects. We do not deal in hype. We deal in the structural conditions that make performance inevitable.

An Institutional Standard.

Renegade is not a firm; it is a standard. Everything we build - our OS, our Growth Pathways, our diagnostic frameworks - is designed for structural clarity, not episodic results.

We do not provide a "menu of services." We provide a methodology. We transform intention into execution, and execution into an entity that outlasts its founder. We do not rely on motivation; we rely on the four levers of enterprise-grade growth. People, Process, Tools, and Revenue. When these are aligned, growth is not a struggle—it is a logical output of the system.

Codified from inside the industry.

Renée Lodens has spent 25 years in strategy and systems work across media, retail, and real estate. Renégade was born from inside the agency world, observing a fundamental industry failure: agents were working at capacity, yet their businesses remained fragile. The industry was loud on motivation but silent on systems.

Renée spent years codifying these observations into the Renegade framework, turning her experience into a repeatable, scalable methodology. This is not a course or a program. It is the infrastructure of an enterprise.

Strategic Background. MBA (UTS), BA (UNSW), Six Sigma Green Belt, Miller Heiman Strategic Selling.

The Mission. To move agents from "listing machines" to "Institutional Leaders."

Our ethos sets the philosophy. Our methodology makes it practical.

At the heart of Renegade is a system - a roadmap and a set of pillars - that translate belief into structure, and structure into results.

The natural order of business growth.

We believe there is a hierarchy to building a business. One that respects the relationship between people, processes, tools and revenue. Just as architecture requires a foundation, businesses require clarity, structure and discipline to scale with confidence.

At Renegade, we don’t treat these as isolated pieces. We view them as a system - six stages, eight pillars - designed to move agents and leaders from Start Up to Significance. When the foundation is strong, success becomes systematic, not circumstantial.

People. People sit at the top of the hierarchy. The capability of your team, the clarity of your leadership and the strength of your culture are what sustain performance over time.

Processes. Processes create consistency. From prospecting rhythms to client service standards, clear workflows remove friction and unlock momentum.

Tools. Tools make performance visible. Dashboards, scorecards and systems provide the clarity and accountability that keep progress measurable and scalable.

Revenue. Revenue is the result. When people, processes and tools align, revenue follows naturally, not through hustle, but through structure.

1 a departure from the accepted norm.

The accepted norm in real estate is volatility. It is the belief that cycles are unpredictable and that "grind" is the only variable you can control.

We reject this. We believe that volatility is not a market trait; it is a failure of architecture. Our methodology is contrarian because it demands that you stop managing your time and start managing your structure.

The Architecture of Performance.

From marketing and prospecting through to leadership and financial governance, our 8 Pillars provide the structural rhythm that keeps a business performing at its best.

1. Pipeline Architecture. The logic of your lead-to-revenue flow.

2. Performance Rhythms. The operating cadence that prevents drift.

3. Data Governance. Moving from gut feel to structural visibility.

4. Financial Health. Modeling profit as a structural output.

5. Leadership Cadence. Building self-correcting executive systems.

6. Talent Alignment. Standardising roles to the structural requirement.

7. Market Velocity. Measuring the speed of your conversion cycle.

8. Institutional Governance. Ensuring the entity outlasts the founder.
