The operating foundations.
Every real estate business rests on three operating foundations. When one is absent the others compensate, poorly and temporarily. When all three are built and held, the business stops depending on the agent's effort and starts depending on its own structure.
People & Roles. When roles are not designed, the agent becomes the system. The standard at this foundation is a clear map of what each role owns, what it is accountable for and what happens when it is not held.

The methodology behind it was built across years of consulting work inside real estate businesses at every stage of growth. What I kept finding was the same condition. Agents working hard inside businesses that had never been properly designed. The problem was always structural. The industry kept calling it something else.
Renegade exists to name the condition correctly. Renegade exists to solve it.
