  • The Alpha opens in mid-2026. Cohort 1 is limited to fifty seats. Waitlist members are prioritised.

  • Renegade OS is the instrument. It reads the structural position of the business in real time. Consulting is the architecture. It builds the operating standard the instrument measures against. The OS shows you where you stand. Consulting builds the structure that holds you there.

    Most clients use both. Some begin with the OS and add Consulting once the data has surfaced the structural gaps. Others begin with Consulting and adopt the OS as the operating layer that holds the work.

  • Begin with the Structural Health Audit. The Audit places you on the six stages and reads the current state of the four operating foundations. From there the next step is clear. If the structural baseline is mostly held, the OS is the right entry. If the foundations need to be rebuilt, a Pathway is the necessary next step.

  • Coaching addresses motivation, skill and discipline. The OS addresses structure. The two are not in competition. A coach helps the agent perform. The OS measures whether the system underneath the agent is structurally sound. Performance and structural integrity are different problems.

  • Many clients do. Renegade is the operating layer beneath the coaching. The coach focuses on the agent. The OS focuses on the pipeline. The Audit focuses on the foundations. None of these overlap.

    2. The Structural Conversation. A call to discuss the Audit findings, the stage you currently sit in and the structural gaps that are limiting revenue.

    3. The recommendation. Either the OS, a Pathway or both.
